Long-Term letting is very popular in Spain. Usually from 1 to 11 month contracts are available and can be discussed with your landlord. In some cases you can also negotiate to have utility bills included in the rent.

Renting long-term affords you the chance to live in an enclosed community usually without paying community fees/charges. Usually any maintenance costs incurred will also be paid by the landlord.
