Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservations & Payments
    1. Bookings: Bookings are valid when a booking form has been completed, signed and received by Property Letting Overseas.
    2. Deposit Payments: 50% of your rental fee is due within 15 days of booking and the balance is paid on the day of arrival.
  2. Cancellations
    1. All cancellations need to be notified immediately to Property Letting Overseas. All payments processed are non-refundable.
    2. Non-payments by the due date "may" be treated as a cancellation.
    3. It is highly recommended that Clients purchase travel insurance prior to arrival to cover cancellation fees and any potential losses or damages they may suffer.
  3. Security Deposit
    1. A security deposit is paid on the tenants credit card or presented in cash on arrival and will be returned within 10 days of departure provided that there are no unpaid charges (e.g. cleaning fees, bills, loss of keys or remote controls etc.) or damages to the apartment.
  4. Duration and Times of Letting
    1. The property is available from 10:00 on the day of arrival and must and must be vacated by 14:00 on the day of departure.
  5. General Conditions
    1. Property Letting Overseas acts as letting agent for the property owner and administers the rental on his or her behalf. The rental contract is between the tenant and the property owner and in accordance with conditions described in the rental contract. Property Letting Overseas is empowered to sign on behalf of the owner.
  6. Tenants Obligations
  7. The Client agrees to:
    1. Pay the full cost or any breakages, losses or damages to the property.
    2. Take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy.
    3. Report any damages or loss immediately.
    4. Permit Property Letting Overseas access to the property to carry out any maintenance if necessary.
    5. Not to let or share the property to a third party.
    6. Abide by any rules or regulations set by the community.
  8. Insurance
    1. The client is responsible for taking out an adequate insurance policy to cover all risks and possible loss/damage/injury.
  9. Liability
    1. Property Letting Overseas and the Owner do not accept any liability for injury, damages or loss caused, or for any such claim by a third party as a consequence of actions by the Client(s) and other people occupying the property during the period of the rental.
  10. Complaints
    1. All problems shoud be reported to Property Letting Overseas immediately and we will take reasonable steps to ensure a satisfactory solution. Property Letting Overseas are not liable and do not accept any responsibility for any dissatisfaction that you may have with the property nor do we accept any complaints after the tenants departure.
  11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    1. Any legal dispute which may arise is mutual between tenant and owner.
  12. Breach of Contract
    1. If there is a breach of any of the terms & conditions stated here either by the Tenant(s) or the Owner(s), Property Letting Overseas reserves the right to re-enter the property and terminate the tenancy without prior notice nor prejudice.
